The AGM is open to all who wish to participate in our official business.
However, as per the constitution, only full financial members may vote at the AGM.

For COVID-19 compliance, this year’s AGM attendance by members will be via Zoom (please refer to the above Zoom meeting link and details).

If you are unable to attend but wish to vote, you can appoint a proxy being another full financial member of the association who must attend the AGM to vote.

by 20 November 2020 if you wish to appoint a proxy.
People wishing to stand for a board position must be nominated by a full financial member of the association and must forward that nomination via email to the board secretary by 20 November 2020.
